- Passing a pedestrian: safe gap or slow down. (教則 第5章 第3節 1(1))
- Stopped streetcar with safety zone: pass slowly. (教則 第5章 第3節 1(3))
- Approaching a crosswalk: be ready to stop before it. (教則 第5章 第3節 2(2))
- No overtaking or passing within 30 m before a crosswalk. (教則 第5章 第3節 2(4))
- Child walking alone: stop or slow down. (教則 第5章 第3節 4(1))
- Stopped school bus: pass slowly and check. (教則 第5章 第3節 4(2))
- Senior driver mark: no squeezing sideways or cutting in. (教則 第5章 第3節 8(1))

- Stopped streetcar, no safety zone: pass slowly only with 1.5 m+. (教則 第5章 第3節 1(3))
